What types of massage do you offer?

My signature massage is Hawaiian-style LomiLomi. I can adapt this treatment to suit your requirements. Please ask.

How much does a massage cost?
Prices vary based on the type of massage and the duration of the session. Please visit our Prices page for more information.

What are your opening hours?

From 10am to 8pm every day.

Do I visit you or can you come to me?

I have a lovely treatment cabin in Maesycrugiau, Ceredigion, but I’m happy to visit you at your home if you’d rather. There will be an extra charge to cover my petrol costs. Please call me to discuss.

Is there anything I should do before I arrive?

I recommend that you relax as much as possible and only eat a very light meal. It is not recommended that you receive massage while under the influence of alcohol or suffering from infection. We will discuss any areas that need particular attention and what you hope to gain from the massage when you arrive.

Will I be covered and what should I wear?

Traditionally, Hawaiian massage is done without any clothes.You will be lying on a luxuriously soft therapy couch and you will be draped, only exposing the area that is being worked on. You may, of course, prefer to wear your underwear. Your treatment room will be heated so that you remain nearly as warm as you would be in Hawaii! Please let me know if you need the temperature adjusting.

How do I pay - cash or cheque?

I am quite happy to accept either, but I don't accept credit or debit cards.

When I go home, is there anything I need to know?

You will likely feel very relaxed and in need of quiet time to yourself after your LomiLomi. Some people feel very energised a short while after their massage, but a period of re-adjusting is important to really benefit from this powerful bodywork. 

It is recommended that you drink plenty of water as LomiLomi is very detoxing and this will assist in flushing the toxins from your system. 

It is also recommended that you avoid alcohol for at least 12 hours.
